Cave CCR

About the Course

The Cave CCR course includes advanced rebreather cave dive planning, bailout calculations, the practical execution of different types of cave systems and scenarios divers encounter. This rebreather cave diving course is not intended to prepare divers for evaluating all facets of cave diving. The objective of this course is to expand and critique previous skills accomplished in the Intro and Full Cave programs. Emphasis is placed upon dive planning and skill perfection through actual cave penetration.

Certification is through NSS-CDS, TDI, IANTD.

Prerequisites

Be at least 18 years old
Have 50 or more hours on the rebreather used in the course
Be certified to the Full Cave diver level or equivalent
Possess Air Diluent/Deco certification or equivalent on the rebreather being used in the course
Students may do their entire cave training on the rebreather. Contact us for details.

Time Frames

The CCR Cave Diver course generally takes two to four days and approximately 4 dives.
With sufficient notice, we can usually accommodate requests for specific course dates.
